Do you offer a laundry service that can wash dry and fold?
Yes. After washing, all items are checked for drying instructions and dealt with accordingly. They will then be folded neatly and returned to you.
Can I schedule a same day pick up?
Of course, but same day delivery no.
Do I need to separate my laundry?
No, that’s all part of the service and each garment’s instructions are checked before being laundered.
What do I do if I have a special request?
Just let us know – we are here to meet all your needs, no matter how small.
Can my garments be hand finished?
We always work to a very high standard and the majority of items are always hand finished.
Do you offer a regular, weekly service?
Yes! This can be set up by calling the office just once. We would then come to you every week without any hassle or further phone calls
Do you do alterations and repairs?
Yes! We aim to have items altered or repaired on a 3-5 day basis.
Do you do shoe repairs?
Yes, again on a 3-5 day return basis
I need a discreet service, can you help?
Absolutely! Just ask and we can deal privately with any issue
Can I trust you with my clothes?
Absolutely! We have systems in place that have served us well for many years. Along side our fantastic team, every care is taken with each garment, as if it were our own!
Payment
How do I pay?
Preferred option is card, but cash and cheques are also acceptable
Can I pay cash to the driver?
Of course. Alternatively you can give the driver a cheque, or call the office and make a payment over the phone
If I pay by phone, is it secure?
Yes, only management process card payments, so you can rest assured any information you give will be secure
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, just request one when placing your order
Can I set up an account?
Yes! Almost 70% of our customers have an account with us
Do you offer a corporate account?
Yes, we invoice weekly and payment is due within 28 days of receipt
Delivery
What should I put my clothes into?
Any bag that can be sealed, however we will provide you with a draw string, nylon bag, with your first order
What if I am running late for delivery or collection?
That’s not a problem. Just give us enough time to contact the driver and make any changes
What if I have a different collection and delivery address?
If its within our serviceable area, we can always accommodate you
What if I am not home?
We endeavour to liaise with you to make sure you are in and if we miss you, we will leave a calling card. Just give us a quick call and we can re-arrange a time that suits you better
